Ordering, OEM & wholesale

Does TandemForge sell to consumers?

No. We are a B2B supplier for bike and e-bike brands, e-scooter brands, bike shops, sporting goods retailers, distributors, e-commerce sellers and shared-mobility operators. Riders should buy from our customers’ retail channels.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on the platform, color, logo method, packaging and documentation. Mixed orders across categories are welcome — see wholesale and the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Can I put my own brand on the products?

Yes. Pad-printed, laser-engraved, molded or woven logos, custom colors, inserts and retail packaging are covered in our OEM & private label program.

Are your products certified?

We do not display certification marks, security ratings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market. Helmets and lithium e-bike batteries are regulated: the applicable standard is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production.

Do you supply shared-mobility and rental fleets?

Yes — locks, phone mounts, lights, bells, baskets and other wear parts in fleet quantities, with your fleet branding. See electric scooter accessories and wholesale.

How fast do you reply to inquiries?

Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.

What is the minimum order for private label?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing platform with your logo starts lower than custom colors, molds or printed retail boxes.

Can I mix categories in one order?

Yes. Mixed orders across helmets, locks, lights, bags and other categories are common; each SKU is quoted separately.

Who is responsible for the claims on our packaging?

The brand owner. We print the content your team approves and supply the documentation arranged for each SKU; we do not originate ratings or performance claims.

Do your helmets meet CPSC or EN 1078?

We do not claim that any helmet on this site meets a specific standard. Bicycle helmets are a regulated product: in the US they fall under the CPSC bicycle helmet standard (16 CFR Part 1203), in the EU and UK EN 1078 is the usual reference, and other markets have their own rules. For each helmet SKU and order, the buyer and supplier confirm the target market, the standard, which accredited laboratory tests the exact model and size range, and the resulting certificate and labeling — before mass production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.

Do you have price tiers?

Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation. No prices are published on this site.

Do you supply shared-mobility fleets?

Yes — fleet-branded accessories in bulk and spare-part quantities, with delivery schedules agreed per order.

Which markets do you serve?

This site focuses on the US market; we also quote other destinations. Tell us your market and its requirements.

How do I get a catalog?

Request it through the inquiry form with your business details.
