Bike pump types
- Floor pumps — steel or aluminum barrel, wide base, analog or digital gauge, long hose, ergonomic handle. The home and workshop pump.
- Mini pumps — compact aluminum or plastic barrels, hose or direct-head, frame bracket; high-pressure (road) and high-volume (MTB) versions.
- CO2 inflators — head with flow control for threaded cartridges; cartridges are quoted separately under dangerous-goods rules.
- Electric mini pumps — USB-rechargeable pumps with digital pressure presets, popular for e-bikes and e-scooters with small wheels.
- Shock pumps — low-volume high-pressure pumps for suspension, quoted on request.
Valves, heads and gauges
Heads are dual (separate Presta and Schrader ports), reversible or auto-switching; Dunlop (Woods) adapters are available. Gauges are analog dial or digital; gauge range and accuracy are specified per SKU. E-scooter tires often use Schrader valves with angled extensions — tell us the vehicles you sell for so the head and hose fit.
Documentation notes
Electric pumps contain lithium cells and need battery transport documents; CO2 cartridges are pressurized gas and ship under dangerous-goods rules. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order — see the general export compliance process.

Bike helmets and lithium e-bike batteries are regulated products: the applicable standard (for example CPSC 16 CFR 1203 / EN 1078 for helmets; UN 38.3 transport testing and UL 2271 / UL 2849 / EN 50604-1 for batteries) is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

Do you make electric pumps for e-scooters?

What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing design vs. a new mold), color, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season. Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification marks, security ratings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or document your retailer or marketplace asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained (existing reports for a platform, or testing arranged with a third-party laboratory).
