Bike lights front, rear and e-bike lights with your logo

A bike light is the accessory that sells all year, and the one most often bundled with a new bike, an e-bike or a helmet. TandemForge supplies USB-rechargeable front lights, rear lights, light sets, helmet lights and e-bike lights powered from the bike’s battery to bike and e-scooter brands, bike shops, e-commerce sellers and fleet operators. Light output, beam pattern, runtime and modes are specified per SKU and confirmed with test documentation per order — we publish no figures here.

  • Front, rear, set, helmet and e-bike-powered lights
  • USB-C charging, battery indicator, multiple modes
  • Brake-sensing and auto-on options on selected platforms
  • Output and runtime specified per SKU — no figures claimed here

Bike light types

  • Front lights — handlebar or helmet mounted, from compact “be seen” lights to high-output trail lights; spot, flood or road-cutoff beam patterns.
  • Rear lights — seatpost, saddle-rail, bag or helmet mounts; steady and flashing modes; brake-sensing options using an accelerometer.
  • Light sets — matched front + rear in one box, the usual retail and new-bike bundle.
  • E-bike lights — powered from the e-bike system across common voltage ranges, specified to match the motor system and connector you use.
  • Scooter lights and spoke / wheel lights — quoted on request for e-scooter and kids’ programs.

Features you can specify

  • Power: built-in lithium cell with USB-C charging, AAA battery models, or e-bike system power.
  • Controls: single-button modes, memory, battery indicator, lockout for travel.
  • Smart functions: ambient-light auto-on, brake sensing, remote switch on selected platforms.
  • Mounts: silicone strap, quick-release bracket, out-front computer-style mount, helmet mount.
  • Housing: aluminum or PC/ABS, color and logo; water resistance specified per SKU.

Road-traffic rules for bike lights differ by country — Germany, for example, requires type-approved lights with a cutoff beam (StVZO). If your market needs such an approval, it is confirmed per SKU and per order; nothing is claimed here.

Documentation for rechargeable lights

Rechargeable lights contain a lithium cell, so shipments need battery transport documentation, and electronics may need electrical / EMC documents for your market. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order — see the general export compliance process.

No certifications, ratings or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or security ratings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Bike helmets and lithium e-bike batteries are regulated products: the applicable standard (for example CPSC 16 CFR 1203 / EN 1078 for helmets; UN 38.3 transport testing and UL 2271 / UL 2849 / EN 50604-1 for batteries) is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

Frequently asked questions

How bright are your bike lights?

Output is specified per SKU to your target price point and market, and confirmed with test documentation per order. We do not publish lumen or runtime figures on this site.

Can you supply lights powered by the e-bike battery?

Yes, specified to match the motor system’s voltage, connector and wiring; tell us the system you use.

Do you have lights approved for Germany (StVZO)?

Road-traffic approvals belong to specific models. If you need StVZO or another national approval, it is confirmed per SKU and per order; none is claimed here.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing design vs. a new mold), color, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Are your products certified or tested?

We do not display certification marks, security ratings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or document your retailer or marketplace asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained (existing reports for a platform, or testing arranged with a third-party laboratory). See the export compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
