Entry 1 · OEM & private label
OEM & private label cycling accessories your brand on bike and e-scooter accessories
Launch or extend an accessory line under your own brand without building factories or a lab network. TandemForge handles platform selection, sampling, logo application, packaging and the documentation path for bike helmets, locks, pumps, lights, bells, mirrors, baskets, saddle bags, covers, phone mounts, seat cushions, e-scooter accessories and e-bike batteries — you own the brand, the claims and the customer.
- Existing platforms or custom molds per category
- Colors, logos, inserts and retail packaging
- Documentation path confirmed per SKU and per order
- No certification or rating claims made on your behalf
How an OEM program runs
- Brief: products, target riders, markets, channels, price points, quantities and the documents your market, retailer or marketplace requires.
- Platform & documentation path: we propose platforms and options, identify which documentation applies to each SKU (for helmets and e-bike batteries, the standard and laboratory) and quote by SKU, including MOQ and lead time.
- Samples: stock samples first, then pre-production samples with your colors, logo and packaging.
- Artwork: logos, labels, manuals, warnings and packaging dielines; your team approves every proof and every claim.
- Production & inspection: mass production with checks and pre-shipment inspection; third-party inspection welcome.
- Shipping: FOB or other terms as agreed; mixed orders across categories possible; lithium products only with dangerous-goods documentation.

No certifications, ratings or test data claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or security ratings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Bike helmets and lithium e-bike batteries are regulated products: the applicable standard (for example CPSC 16 CFR 1203 / EN 1078 for helmets; UN 38.3 transport testing and UL 2271 / UL 2849 / EN 50604-1 for batteries) is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for private label?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing platform with your logo starts lower than custom colors, molds or printed retail boxes.
Can I mix categories in one order?
Yes. Mixed orders across helmets, locks, lights, bags and other categories are common; each SKU is quoted separately.
Who is responsible for the claims on our packaging?
The brand owner. We print the content your team approves and supply the documentation arranged for each SKU; we do not originate ratings or performance claims.
Do your helmets meet CPSC or EN 1078?
We do not claim that any helmet on this site meets a specific standard. Bicycle helmets are a regulated product: in the US they fall under the CPSC bicycle helmet standard (16 CFR Part 1203), in the EU and UK EN 1078 is the usual reference, and other markets have their own rules. For each helmet SKU and order, the buyer and supplier confirm the target market, the standard, which accredited laboratory tests the exact model and size range, and the resulting certificate and labeling — before mass production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.
Are your e-bike batteries UN38.3 or UL certified?
We do not claim any certification for e-bike batteries on this site. Lithium-ion batteries need UN 38.3 transport test documentation and dangerous-goods (Class 9) packing and labeling before they can ship by sea or air, and many markets or channels require more — for example UL 2271 (LEV batteries) or UL 2849 (e-bike electrical systems) in the US, and EN 50604-1 in Europe. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory, before production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification marks, security ratings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or document your retailer or marketplace asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained (existing reports for a platform, or testing arranged with a third-party laboratory). See the export compliance section of our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
