Yes — clamps cover common bike and scooter handlebar diameters with shims, and stem versions are available.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing design vs. a new mold), color, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season.
